1) How do we deliver?
By post or parcel service to your home or delivery address.
Deliveries to PO boxes and poste restante items are not
possible. Our consignments are sent according to the general
terms and conditions and the carrier’s (Post) warranty.
The person/firm ordering bears the risk of dispatch.
2) Our prices
Our prices are subject to change on principle; we reserve
the right to make price changes. The prices are in EURO,
exclusive of the legal value added tax and exclusive of
the dispatch costs.
3) Dispatch costs
We send the goods only as a postal parcel or sample. For
consignments within Germany, we charge you 3.80 € per
parcel for packing and postage up to a goods value of 200.00
€. For a goods value above 200.00 €, the dispatch
is free of charge. For consignments abroad, we charge you
6.80 € for a goods value up to 50.00 €, or 17.00
€ if the goods value exceeds 50.00 €. The dispatch
costs for subsequent deliveries are at our expense.
4) How do you pay?
Within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice, which is usually
included in the consignment. After making your order, you
will receive a confirmation of your order per @ E-Mail.
5) Do you have a complaint?
As soon as you receive the consignment, please check that
it is intact. If a parcel should be damaged, please complain
about this immediately to the deliverer and then contact
us. If, in spite of careful checking, you should receive
a defective or damaged product, please return it to us unstamped
within 7 days. You will then receive an immediate replacement.
6) Your right of redemption according to the distance marketing
act
In accordance with the Distance Marketing Act, section 312d
of the BGB [German civil code], you have an unconditional
right to revoke (section 355 of the civil code] and the
right of redemption (section 356 of the civil code] within
2 weeks of having received the consignment. Should, therefore,
the delivered goods not exactly be what you had in mind,
you can return them to us within 14 days after receipt.
7) Liability
Claims for damage – no matter on what legal grounds
– are ruled out so far as we or our vicarious agents
cannot be charged for acting with intent or with gross negligence.
8) Data protection
With your order, you agree that we store your data from
this business transaction, and process and transfer them
within the scope of commercial necessities. We undertake
not to make this personal information available to other
persons, companies or institutes. If you wish your personal
data to be deleted, please inform us.
9) Place of performance, place of jurisdiction and written
form
The place of performance and place of jurisdiction is 52525
Heinsberg so far as there are no imperative regulations
against this. The customer’s / orderer’s adverse
General Terms and Conditions do not apply. Should any of
the aforementioned provisions be or become invalid, the
validity of the remaining provisions are not affected by
this. The invalid provision is to be substituted by a valid
one which realises as far as possible the economical purpose
pursued by it. Agreements that differ from these terms require
the written confirmation through the TWIN-TIP GmbH &
Co. KG.
